CMT: Custom orders have a longer turn around time since they are being made based on customer specific criteria. The TAT (turn around time) on these is between 14-21 days.

RTS: Ready to sell/ship items are items that have been predesigned and created. The only add on that can be added to these tumblers is a name. The TAT (turn around time) is about 7 days.
